New Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim knows he has a squad full of young talent who may need to gain experience to shine, but that doesn’t mean he has to wait three decades for the league title like other Reds.

The 39-year-old coach sat down with ‘MU TV’ in an interview to discuss several issues, one of which was his intention to build a team in a long-term plan that requires patience and trust.

Most people think that we will have to wait for the likes of Kobbie Mainoo, Amad Diallo, Rasmus Hojlund or Leny Yoro to mature before we can challenge for the league title again since 2013.

But in Amorim’s eyes, he saw that both could be done simultaneously. Both in terms of polishing the young man to become an important force to chase after every success in front of him.

“Yes, it is a long-term plan that requires patience and belief. But I am not saying we need a lot of time just because we are a young squad.” The Portuguese coach said.

“They were well prepared.”

“They are prepare to be call upon. When you are at Manchester United, they should have that attitude when they are here.”

“We know that this kind of thing takes time, and we try to shorten the time with the game. We have to start from day one without fear. Without the idea that they are not use to playing this way.”

“Those things must Register ufabet not be in their heads. They will start their first day with our ideas without any reservations. That is the goal.”

It is interpret that Amorim will definitely adjust to playing with 3 central defenders. With the people who will be most affect being pure playmakers like Bruno Fernandes or strikers like Joshua Zirkze.
